Janice Kay Pasco, 78 years, a resident of Greenfield passed away Monday morning, August 24, 2026 at Springshurst Health Campus, Greenfield.
She was born June 27, 1948 in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Edwin and Mary (McClarnon) Braddock.
She was a 1966 graduate of Charlottesville High School and a graduate of Ball State University where she received her Masters degree in education. She retired in 2001 from Greenfield Central High School as a teacher after 31 years of service. She and her husband attended Brandywine Community Church, and was a member of the D.A.R. She enjoyed traveling with her husband and they both were very fond of their Schnauzer’s, Peddler, Moose, Spike, and Mr. Higgins.
She is survived by her sister, Georgia Carmichael; nieces and nephews: Patty Pasco, R.J. (Beth) Pasco, Jason (Karen) Carmichael, Emily (Matt) Rosenthal-Williams, Alissa Carmichael (Chad Bozell), and Billy Williams; and several great nieces and nephews and lifetime friend Shela (Doug) Shultz.
She was preceded in death by her parents Listed above, husband, David C. Pasco and brother-in-law, Burl Carmichael.
Visitation will be 6:00 until 8:00 pm Friday, August 28, 2026, at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel, 1780 W. Main Street, Greenfield, IN 46140. Funeral service will be 10:00 am Saturday, August 29, 2026, at the funeral home with Matt Wickham officiating. Burial will follow at Park Cemetery, Greenfield, Indiana.
In leu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to, Nameless Creek Youth Camp, 2675 S. 600 E., Greenfield, IN 46140.
