Jean M. Knox November 13, 2009 Jean M. Knox, 90, Greenfield, formerly of Indianapolis, passed away November 13, 2009. She is survived by her devoted and loving husband George E. Butzin; children, Christine (Douglas Baron), Thomas (Kimberly); grandchildren, Lauren (Brad) Rennier, Kelsey; nieces and nephews. Having worked at the Veterans Hospital, HUD, and the U.S. Attorneys Office in Indianapolis, Jean retired from the U.S. Government. After retirement, she prepared income taxes for many years. Jeans love of handicrafts was reflected in the artistry and workmanship of her beautiful knitting and crocheting, most notably her afghans. She was a member of St. Michaels Catholic Church in Greenfield. Visitation will be Tuesday, November 17 from 4-8 p.m. at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel, Greenfield; Rosary will be at 8 p.m. Visitation will be at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, November 18, at St. Matthew Catholic Church, Indianapolis, with the Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. Entombment will follow at Forest Lawn in Greenwood. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Parkinsons Disease Foundation or the Greenfield Humane Society.
