Jeffrey P. Ford, age 59 of Maxwell, IN passed away on Thursday, August 11, 2016 at Hancock Regional Hospital in Greenfield. He was born on January 29, 1957 in Sullivan, IN to Robert F. Ford and Jeraldine (Neiswinger) Ford.
Jeffrey is survived by his mother, Jeraldine Ford; son, Jason M. Ford; brothers, Ron and Tim Ford.
Preceding him in death is his father, Robert Ford; son, Jeremy Ford; and brother, Stephen Ford.
No services will be held at this time. Arrangements have been entrusted to Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel of Greenfield, 1780 West Main Street, Greenfield, IN 46140.
