Jeffrey L. Kissee

Jeffrey L. Kissee, age 61, of Coal City, Indiana, passed away on July 20, 2018 at his residence. He was born on March 14, 1957, in Dyer, IN to the late Leonard Kissee & Earlene Kissee. Jeffrey gradated from Lake Central High School in 1975. He married the love of his life, Laurie Kissee, on August 28, 1993. Jeffrey enjoyed going on road trips, having church with strangers, and talking about Jesus. He was an avid fan of the MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe). He loved his children deeply, but found much enjoyment in embarrassing them. Most importantly, he always had a popsicle in his hand. Left to cherish Jeffreys memory are Eva Kissee (Daughter), Cody Rutledge (Son), Abigail Kissee (Daughter), Hannah Kissee (Daughter), Rebekah Kissee (Daughter), Thomas Kissee (Son), Shirley Clark (Mother-in-law), Stephen Farber (Brother-in-law), Catherine Estep (Sister-in-law), Bradley Bell (Brother-in-law), and several nieces, nephews, and grandchildren. Jeffrey is proceeded in death by Leonard Kissee (Father), Earlene Kissee (Mother), Laurie Kissee (Wife), Soliann Coleman (Daughter). Visitation for Jeffrey will be from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, 1780 W. Main St, Greenfield, IN 46140. A Funeral Service will be at 1:00 PM on Wednesday July 25, 2018 at the funeral home. Burial will be held at a later date at Park Cemetery in Greenfield.
