Jennifer Sturgill

Jennifer Sturgill, age 55 of Greenfield passed away Friday, September 1, 2017 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born June 23, 1962 in Greenfield to James A. and Barbara (Wilhite) Kiphart. Jennifer married Oscar "Bub" Sturgill on December 27, 1977. She loved collecting Coke Cola and Indian memorabilia, decorating for Halloween, crosswords and baking elaborate birthday cakes. Jennifers greatest love was her family and grandchildren. She is survived by her husband Oscar; sons, Jeremy (Tami) Sturgill, Christopher (Ashley) Sturgill all of Greenfield, mother, Barbara Kiphart of Fortville; brother, Benjamin (Kim) Kiphart of Greenfield; sister, Jeanette (Jason) Volpp of San Diego, CA; paternal grandmother, Betty Kiphart and grandchildren, Samara, Sophi and Brenden Sturgill. Jennifer is preceded in death by her father James A. Kiphart. Friends may call 4 8 pm, Thursday, September 7, 2017 at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, 1780 West Main St., Greenfield, Indiana 46140. Funeral will be 10 am, Friday, September 8 at the funeral home with Pastor Ira Scott officiating. Burial immediately following at Park Cemetery.
