Jerry R. Turner October 9, 1942 - December 26, 2008 Jerry R. Turner, 66 of Yorktown passed away Friday, December 26, 2008 at Community Hospital in Anderson. He was born October 9, 1942 in Muncie, Indiana to the late Leonard R. and T. Jane (Hedges) Turner. Jerry was a 1960 graduate of Cowan High School. He enjoyed fishing and was an active member of Jaycees in his earlier years. Mr. Turner is survived by his wife Carol, daughters; Marianne (Tim)Larsen of Fairfield, OH., Melissa Clauson of Ingalls and Melanie Christmas of Anderson, IN., brothers; Jack (Sue) Turner of Angola, IN, Jim Turner of Muncie and Phil Turner of Hamilton, OH., sisters; Betty (Steve) Telfer of Hanover, IN., Boni (Shawn) Murphy of Parsons, KS. and grandchildren; Amberleigh Clauson, Heidi Larsen, Mandy Clauson, Brett Larsen and Shelby Christmas. Services for Mr. Turner will be held at 12:00 p.m.,Tuesday, December 30th at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel, 1780 West Main St., Greenfield, IN 46140.
