Jill Ann Caldwell October 15, 1951 - June 12, 2007
Jill A. Caldwell, age 55, a resident of Greenfield, passed away Tuesday evening, June 12, 2007 at Hancock Regional Hospital. She was born October 15, 1951 in Shelbyville, Indiana to Darrell and June (Spencer) Caldwell. Jill graduated from Greenfield High School in 1970 and attended Purdue University and IUPUI, earning her bachelors degree in accounting. She was a master gardener, loved pottery, knitting and dogs. She was also in quilting and day lily clubs. She worked for Eli Lilly for 25 years, ultimately in the Risk Management department.
She is survived by her parents; sister, Caren Caldwell of Aurora, CO; brother, Darrell Craig Caldwell of Aurora CO; aunts, Helen Matoka of Largo, FL. and Patty Spencer of Greenfield; uncles, Kenneth (Barbara) Spencer of Greenwood and Ron Spencer of Indianapolis; several cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father; maternal grandparents, Frank and Ruth Spencer, and paternal grandparents, Clarence and Alta Caldwell.
Funeral services will be Saturday, June 16, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Greenfield, with Pastor John Paulson officiating.
