Jon P. Murnan

Jon Patrick Murnan, 59 of Indianapolis passed away Wednesday, October 28, 2015 at his home. He was born February 15, 1956 in Greenfield to the late Charles W. and Evelyn V. (Macey) Murnan II. Jon was a 1974 graduate of Greenfield Central High School and prior to his retirement worked in commercial construction. Jon enjoyed bowling, golf, fishing, and hunting and had recently engaged in skydiving. Most of all, he enjoyed his grandkids. He is survived by his former wife and life partner, Karen (Evans) Murnan of Indianapolis, son; Mason P. Murnan of Greenfield, daughters, Jesica L. Council of Greenwood, Chelsea M. Troy and Jenzen H. Murnan both of Greenfield, brothers; Robert Murnan, Scott Murnan, Larry Circle all of Greenfield, Charles Circle of South Carolina, Jeffery Circle of Cumberland, sisters; Sandra Hine, Debra Shively, Kathy Barrett and Mary Sue Murnan all of Greenfield, grandkids; Sheyenne, Mia, Zoe, Elijah, Grayson, Lillian and 25 special nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. Jon is preceded in death by his parents; son; Jon P. Murnan Jr. in 2001 and brothers; Michael and Charlie Bill Murnan. A Celebration of Life visitation will be held 4- 8 pm, Monday, November 2, 2015 at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel, 1780 West Main Street, Greenfield, Indiana 46140.
