Jonathan E. Evans May 27, 1952 - May 19, 2014 Jonathan E. Evans, age 61 of McCordsville passed away, Monday May 19, 2014 at his home. He was born May 27, 1952 in Anderson, Indiana to the late Harry and Edith (Eckstein) Evans. Jon was a graduate of Ball State University with a B.A. in Accounting. He was the controller for Empro in Indianapolis since 1984 and also did private accounting work. Jon loved his grandchildren and enjoyed spending time with them. He was an avid fisherman and loved Colts football. Jon is survived by his wife Jennifer (Oliver) Evans of McCordsville, sons; Chris Evans of Anderson, Nick (Lisa) Taylor and Clay (Sarah) Johnson all of Menomonee, WI., brothers; Jeff (Dawn) Evans of Ludington, MI., James Evans of Indianapolis, sisters; Joni (Jim) Breeden of Anderson , Julie Rushton of Indianapolis, grandchildren; Peyton Evans, Joey Taylor, Sam Johnson and Lilly Johnson. Friends may call Thursday, May 22, 2014 from 4 pm until 8 pm at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel, 1780 West Main Street, Greenfield Indiana 46140. Services will be 10 am, Friday, May 23 at the funeral home with burial to follow at Pleasant Walk Cemetery, Anderson. Memorial contributions may be made to the Susan B.
