I still think of " Kay and what she would do in certain situations. I will always hold the memories dear of my time at the School House and especially working with a true professinal! Sharon Sharon Medley - November 21, 2011 at 04:54 PM What a wonderful lady. I first met Kay as a young Lieutenant at the Army Finance School in 1976, I met her again in 1983 while at the advance course, and then had " the privilege of working with her for 4 years while assigned to the school from 1990 through 1993. Kay was a fantastic teacher and individual. She was the essence of the Finance School, dedicated to the values we all hold. She will be missed. Ernest Borowicz - November 21, 2011 at 04:54 PM I am so sorry for your loss. May "the God of all comfort" (2 Corinthians 1:3,4) comfort and soothe your heart. His promises, found in the Holy Scriptures, can offer much " hope. It assures us at John 5:28,29 that our loved ones will be remembered and brought back to life in the resurrection. Please allow God's Word to strengthen you and help you to endure this most difficult time. G.FORD - November 21, 2011 at 04:54 PM Kay left her mark on all of us, every Finance Corps NCO and Officer that she encountered. She is a legend and a hero at the Finance School and her light will " never go out. Always professional, no nonsense, get it done right, attention to detail and don't quit! Love you Kay, Rest in Peace. Suzanne Ramos - November 21, 2011 at 04:54 PM I was sad to get an email announcing Kay's moving on to teach "traveling around heaven" and read her notice here. " I was on the staff and faculty from spring 1969 to June 1971 and was in the Military Pay and Entitlements Div as a branch chief and then div chief. The Finance School was the home of so many great/dedicated people of whom Kay was one of the best. A life dedicated to making the Army a better place by teaching
