Judith Ann Matthews

Judith Ann Matthews, 80, Greenfield, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loved ones, Tuesday, January 19, 2021. Judith was born on December 7, 1940 in Indianapolis, one of 13, to the late Prentice C. and Mary B. (McSwain) Williams. Judith married at the young age of 16. She became a mother also at the young age of 17. Busy raising a family, she remained a homemaker all her life. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, her TV shows, her grandkids and great-grandkids. She is survived by her children: Teresa Skelley, James C. Matthews, Jr., and Tina Matthews; 6 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and siblings: Susan, Brenda, Myrna, and Richard. Judith was preceded in death by her parents and husband, James C. Matthews. Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Greenfield, has been honored to assist Judith and her family.
