She was born October 22, 1943 in Greenfield, Indiana to the late John Albert and Betty Maxine (Pepples) McPherson. She was a member of First Baptist Church, a seamstress, and homemaker. She also liked to quilt in a quilting circle. She is survived by sons, John Randall Cass of Greencastle, William Leonard Cass of Indianapolis; daughters, Kimberly Saxton of Greenfield, Donnas Michelle Mead of Anderson; two brothers; five sisters; five grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren She was preceded in death by husband, Donald Earl Vest and son, Rodney Allen Cass.
