Katherine Evans

Alta "Katherine" Evans, age 71, of Greenfield, passed away on March 1, 2019 at Hancock Regional Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was born on January 16, 1948, in Jamestown, TN, to the late Milton and Ebidell (Roysden) Crabtree. Katherine married the love of her life, William Evans, on October 14, 1966. She enjoyed bowling and yard sales, but most of all spending time with her precious family who she loved dearly. Left to cherish Katherine's memory are William Evans (Husband); Sons, David (Angie) and Robert (JoDee) Evans; 4 grandchildren, Austin, Logan, Dalton & Jude Evans; sister, Brenda (Junior) Wright and brother, Hollis (Sue) Crabtree, as well as several nieces, nephews, and other family. Katherine is proceeded in death by her parents listed above and a daughter, Marla Ann Evans; brother & wife Kenneth (Jean) Crabtree and sister & husband Linda (Homer) Jones. Visitation for Katherine will be from 4:00 to 8:00 pm on Tuesday March 5, 2019 at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, 1780 W. Main St, Greenfield, IN 46140.
