Kenneth G. Hull

Kenneth G. Hull, 98, passed away on March 1, 2024, in Greenfield, IN. Kenneth was born on May 26,1925 to William S. Hull and Claire Hull, in Towaoc, Colorado. He was one of three children.

Kenneth enlisted in the U.S. Navy during WWII, where he served at a naval hospital in California. He later went to college and obtained two master's degrees. He met and married the late Margaret Hull, and to that union, a son and daughter were born. In his early years, Kenneth was a member of the Lyons Club. Kenneth was a high school teacher and taught English, writing and chemistry. He retired after many years of teaching. Kenneth was also an ordained minister and served as a Christian Church Disciple of Christ at Glendale Christian Church, in Indianapolis, IN. Kenneth loved music and especially loved singing old hymns with his children.

Kenneth is survived by his son, Kenneth G. Hull II (partner, Jerry Donna), and his daughter, Christina Dougherty.

He was preceded by his parents, his wife, Margaret Hull, his partner, Harry Hinkle, sisters, Alys Hull and Dorothy Miller.

A Celebration of Life will be held for Kenneth on Sunday, April 4, 2024, at 11:30 a.m. at Glendale Christian Church, 1788 Haynes Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46240.
