Kenneth Bryan Meyer, 66, Greenfield, passed away on Monday, June 30, 2025, while being a superhero fighter fending off health matters. He was surrounded by his loving family when he transitioned into the arms of his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Kenny was born on December 31, 1958, in Indianapolis, IN, to Earl and Anne (Bryant) Meyer. He is a 1977 graduate of Warren Central High School, Indianapolis. On November 25, 1995, he married the love of his life, Eileen Ann Lee.
Kenny was a feisty, lovable man. His sense of humor was contagious, and one was always on their guard not knowing what would come out of his mouth next. He often used the phrase, "Kenny Approved." He even has a stamper proving such and his sticky note calling cards were highly sought after by all. Kenny was also known to have a good time while attending car shows, smoking on a cigar, drinking some bourbon, and watching the waves on the beach. His friend circle was large as he was loved by many. He worked as a sales representative for Meyer Sells Inc. representing Precision Ladders LLC. He and Eileen attended Zion Lutheran Church in New Palestine.
Kenny is survived by his mother, Anne Meyer; wife, Eileen of 30 years; daughter, Annie Meyer; siblings, Kevin Meyer, Kim (Dale) Lakin, and Melissa Iserloth; sisters-in-law, Patricia (Jeffrey) English and Linda Lee; several nieces and nephews; great-nieces and great-nephews; pets; and many great friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Earl Meyer, and in-laws, James and Dorothy Lee.
Over the course of at least six months, the family has become very close with many professionals who have tended to Kenny's treatment regimen, and the family would like to specifically thank the following members: Dr. Roopo Rao, Dr. Kashif Saleem, the IU Methodist Heart and Vascular team, the IU Methodist ICU team, as well as the Advanced Heart Failure Transplant team.
Visitation will be on Thursday, July 3, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon, at Zion Lutheran Church, 6513 W. 300 S., New Palestine, IN, and the service immediately following at 12:00 noon with Pastor Jason Taylor officiating.
