Kenneth E. Montgomery

Kenneth E. Montgomery, 74, Greenfield passed away July 9, 2021 at his home. He was born July 12, 1946, in Rushville, Indiana to the late Ferda and Francis (Ryckman) Montgomery. Kenneth attended Rushville High School and served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam era from 1965-1967. He was a proud veteran and always wore his Vietnam hat. He attended Park Chapel Christian Church. Kenneth was a real people person. He enjoyed friends and family, animals, fishing, family vacations, and remodeling homes. Kenneth worked for Dana Corporation as a foundry worker. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Joyce (Roberts) Montgomery; children: Tracy Montgomery and Kim (Tony) Trigoso; 10 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; siblings: Thomas Montgomery, Ruth McClarnon, Linda (Danny) Matthews, and Darlene (Aaron) Young. Kenneth is preceded in death by his parents; son, Kenney Montgomery; siblings: Lee Montgomery and Helen Turner; and great-granddaughter, Ellyson Hinshaw. Funeral service, 3:00 PM, Friday, July 16, 2021, at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, 1780 West Main Street, Greenfield, Indiana 46140, with calling 1 hour prior to the service.
