I am sorry about the loss of LaVon. I met her in May 2008 when I came to Indiana for Genealogy Research. We had previous met through a genealogy message board " where we discovered that we were 5th cousins. Our GGG-grandparents are George Washington Burnes & Sarah Walker Burnes. I enjoyed meeting her and talking with her over the phone and through email these past few years. She was a very inspiring, and positive person. She passed away on my husbands birthday; January 15th. She will be remembered by many. Love, Sarah (Burnes) Heiner
