Leslie Gerald Horn, 58, of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on December 7, 2025, after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Born on April 5, 1967 in Indianapolis.

He was proudly employed at SAIC, where he served as a maintenance technician, contributing to the overhaul and modernization of U.S. Naval aircraft and ordnance equipment.

Leslie found peace and joy in nature. He had a passion for bass fishing, boating, and all things on the water & outdoors.

He is survived by his father, James G. Horn; his step mother, Marsha Horn; his two daughters; Lillian Horn-Godwin, and Mallory Horn, and son-in-law; Andrew Godwin. He was preceded in death by his mother, Phyllis J. Moye-Horn.

Visitation Dec 14, Sunday at 12:30 p.m., memorial service at 2:30 p.m. at Stillinger Family Funeral Homes/Pasco Chapel, 1780 W Main, Greenfield. Family and friends are invited to gather, and celebrate the life of a beloved dad, son, and friend, who will be deeply missed but forever remembered.
