Lillian N Birch

Lillian N. Birch November 25, 1923 - November 24, 2008 Lillian N. Birch, 84, a resident of Greenfield, passed away Monday, November 24, 2008 at Hancock Regional Hospital. She was born November 25, 1923 in Michigan to the late Carl and Mae (MacCabee) Nyberg. Lillian retired from Western Electric of Indianapolis in March of 1972. She was a member of Trinity Park United Methodist Church, Eden Eastern Star, and Telephone Pioneers. She was an avid church goer and was a member of the More the Merrier Sunday School Class. She is survived by a brother, Carlie Nyberg of Greenfield; special friends and caregiver, Glora and Ron Anderson of Greenfield. She was preceded in death by her husband, Russell D. Birch. Funeral service will be 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 26, 2008 at Trinity Park United Methodist Church, Greenfield with Rev. Michael Manning officiating. Burial will follow at Park Cemetery. Friends may call Tuesday, November 25, 2008 from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel, Greenfield as well as one hour prior to the service.
