Lillian I. Cutshaw

Lillian I. Cutshaw, age 88, passed away on Saturday, July 21, 2018 in Lake Wales, Fl. She was born on November 4, 1929 in Greeneville, Tennessee to the late Walter & Caveta (Dinsmore) Laughlin. Lillian attended high school in Greeneville, Tennessee and attended Indiana University School of Nursing. Prior to her retirement in 1985 Lillian enjoyed a 20-year nursing career at Community Hospital East, Coronary Care department. Lillian married the love of her life, Marcus Cutshaw on November 11, 1947. Lillian was an accomplished seamstress who enjoyed both crafts and reading. She was a member of Charlottesville United Methodist Church while living in Indiana. After moving to Florida she joined Winter Haven Christian Church. Surviving Lillian are her daughters, Catherine (Lee) Shelton of Frost Proof, FL; Belinda Fouch; Nancy Yeager both of Lake Wales, FL; great grandchildren, Ruth Ann Schuyler, Marcus Schuyler and sister, Helen Paxton. Preceding her in death are her parents; husband, Marcus; brother, Hal Laughlin; sister, Mary King; granddaughters Christy and Dawn Schuyler and son-in-law; Charlie Yeager. Visitation for Lillian will be held from 11:00am to 12:00pm on Friday, July 27, 2018 at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, 1780 W. Main St, Greenfield, IN 46140. A funeral service will follow the visitation at 12:00pm at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens in Indianapolis.
