Lillie N. Crisp

Lillie Nell (Wright) Crisp, age 64, passed into the arms of the Lord on Sunday, August 19 at Hancock Memorial Hospital in Greenfield, IN. She was born on August 12, 1954 to Op and Lizzie (Abbott) Wright of Fentress County, TN. Lillie was a Momma, Nanny, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend. We are fairly certain she never met a stranger; no matter where she may have been. Because of that, Lillies life was blessed with many friends who were like family. She enjoyed sewing, loved reading, and was an amazing cook. Lillie worked very hard and earned 5 college degrees, primarily in Human Resources and Business management. Her greatest pride and joy was her family; especially her grandchildren. Welcoming Lillie home are her parents, brothers Billy and Buck, sister and best friend Margaret, and her nephew Billy. Left to cherish her memory are her daughters Donna Bowman, Charlotte Parks, Janet Crisp, and Kendra Crisp; brother Junior Wright and wife Brenda, sister in law Patricia Wright; grandchildren Eric Bowman, Kayla Welch (Derrick), Joshua Crisp, Nathan Swallows, Jayda Crabtree Slayton, and Charleigh Beth Hummel; great grandchildren Maddox Welch, Jaycee Slayton, and Jorja Leigh Slayton; niece and nephews Tonya Wright (Brad), Anthony Wright (Amber), Eddie Strand (Chrissy), and John Wright-Blakely (Marty); special cousins William and Catherine Evans, Dave (Angie) Evans, Bob and JoDee Evans and boys; and a precious, loving work family at Team Image in Greenfield, IN. Local arrangements were entrusted to Stillinger Family Funeral Home in Greenfield. The family has chosen cremation with a wonderful Celebration of Life to take place at 3:00pm on Saturday, September 1 at Upchurch Cemetery in Pall Mall, TN. All friends and loved ones are welcome to attend this Celebration as we pay respect to and remember this amazing woman.
