Linda L. Lou Amos

Linda Lou Amos, 74, of Greenfield passed away Saturday, February 14, 2015 at St. Vincent Hospital, Indianapolis. Linda was born February 25, 1940 in Indianapolis to the late Kenneth and Anna Mae (Kladden) Wells. Linda married Thomas Amos on March 29, 1958 in Indianapolis. She was an active housewife and mother to their three children. Linda was a member of Westland Friends Church, enjoyed crafts and never put down her word search puzzles as well as being an avid Elvis fan. Mrs. Amos is survived by her sons; Mark (Linda) Amos of Greenfield, Matt Amos of Charlottesville, Scott Skeeter Amos of Greenfield, brother; Kaye Donald Wells, sisters; Sandra Wiseman, Cheryl (Jim) Durick, grandchildren; Amanda (Greg) Brinson, Cody, Aaron, Bradley Amos, Elisha, Candy Harrison, Jamie Smith, great-grandchildren; Madison, Morgan Miller, Logan Hoskins, Bayleigh Howard, Sophia Amos, Kylie Smith-Foster, Trinity Howard and her Doggie Cinnamon. Linda is preceded in death by her parents and husband Thomas in 2008. Friends may call 4-8 pm, Friday, February 20, 2015 at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Chapel, 1780 West Main Street, Greenfield, Indiana 46140. Services will be 10:30 am, Saturday at the funeral home with burial to follow at Park Cemetery, Greenfield.
