Linda Lou Campton

Linda Lou (Foust) Campton, 71, Greenfield, passed away Sunday, May 16, 2021. Linda was born on August 20, 1949 in Shelbyville, IN, to Luther Eugene and Daisy Estella (Burrow) Foust. She graduated from Eastern Hancock County High School in 1967. One year later she would marry her love, Joseph Ora Campton. Linda was a stay-at-home wife and mother. She was a tremendously loving wife to her husband, mother to her 2 children, and grandmother to her 5 awesome grandchildren. She loved fiercely. Besides family, Linda loved to read, oil paint, and watch reality TV shows. She is survived by her loving husband, Joe of 53 years; children: Ryan (Misti) Campton and Rachel (David) Nickel; 5 grandchildren: Zach Campton, Lauren Campton, Madison Campton, Mallory Nickel, and Aidan Nickel; brother, Calvin (Connie) Foust; cousins: Louanna Canter and Clinton Haney; and beloved dog, Bella. Visitation will be held on Friday, May 21, 2021 from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, 1780 West Main Street, Greenfield, IN, with the service immediately following at 3:00 p.m., officiated by Pastor David Deem.
