Lindsay Alex (Brannon) Heffelmire, 41, Greenfield, passed into the arms of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, after a brief and sudden illness. Lindsay knew no stranger. Her friend group was as large as her family group. She loved spending any amount of time with those that meant the most to her. She loved to spoil her nieces and nephews and inherited nieces alike. If someone wanted Oreo cookies for breakfast, no problem! Lindsay loved to read, craft throughout all seasons, and was very fond of yellow sunflowers. She worshiped at Zion Lutheran Church in New Palestine. She worked at Chicago's Pizza in Greenfield for 10 years before moving to an accounts payable position with Foamcraft, Inc. in Indianapolis for at least 12 years before falling ill.
Lindsay is survived by her husband, Wesley; children, Gracie Castner, Lucy Castner, and Annie Heffelmire; father, Daniel Brannon (Lisa Jones); sister, Kelsey (Jonathon) Beachler; life-long friends, her Ashley's; step-sister, Kayla Jones; mothers & fathers-in-law, Kathy & Greg Orlpp and Angie & Bill Stahl; brothers-in-law, Adam Heffelmire, Otto Heffelmire, and Owen Heffelmire; nieces, Kaycee Beachler and Jeanie Beachler; nephews, Jack Lyday and Ayden Heffelmire; many extended members of both the Heffelmire and Alex families; and the Miller girls and the Manning girls will affectionately remember Aunt Linny with fondness.
