Lois Myerholtz, age 91 passed away, Thursday, December 13, 2018 at Westminster Village North, Indianapolis. She was born March 2, 1927 in Danville, IL to the late Elmer and Mabel (Garber) Congram.
Lois received her masters degree in microbiology from Purdue University. Active in her community, Lois was a former board member for Hancock County Senior Services, Friends of the Hancock Public Library, Re-greening Greenfield and Riley Gardens. She was an avid nature lover, gardener and reader. Lois was a long-time member of Bradley United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her children, Carl (Mina) Myerholtz, Lynn (Bob) Patterson; grandchildren, Nick Patterson, Megan Patterson; niece Delia (Rick) Congram and nephew, John (Deb) Congram.
Friends may call 10 am until 1 pm on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, 1780 West Main Street, Greenfield, Indiana 46140. Funeral service following at 1 pm with Rev. Linda Brackney officiating. Burial immediately following at Park Cemetery, Greenfield.
