Lois E Nolte

Lois E. Nolte July 15, 1924 - September 26, 2011 Lois E. Nolte age 87, a resident of Wilkinson passed away Monday September 26, 2011 in Titusville, Florida. She was born July 15, 1924 in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Harry Fryar and Mary Florence (Taggart) Fryar. She received her LPN degree from Indiana University School of Nursing. She worked at St. Johns, Community Hospital and Indiana University Hospital of Indianapolis, where she retired as a surgical unit nurse in 1976. She was an avid reader and spent many hours at the library. She is survived by son, Dennis Owen Nolte of Byron, Wyoming, Richard Andy Nolte of Greenfield, daughters, Sandra Lou Ann Smith of Titusville, Florida, Candie J. Trent of Greenfield, a step-son, Jerry ( Norma) Nolte and family of Elkhart, Indiana, a brother, Harry L. Fryar of Indianapolis, 14 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by husband Louis J. Nolte, a son, Steven James Nolte, Brother, Donald E. Fryar and sisters, Ruth Shirley Whisman and Lou Ann Fryar. There will be a Private Family Service with Burial at Memorial Park Cemetery, Indianapolis to follow.
