Loretta Nulliner

Loretta Nulliner, 88 years, passed away Saturday, April 18, 2026, at her residence surrounded by family. She was born October 31, 1937, in Shelbyville, Ind. to the late Carlos and Mary (Nugent) Jeffries.

She graduated from Morristown High School, was a member of the Indiana Volunteer Firefighters Association Auxiliary (President, Vice-President, and Corresponding Secretary), Marine Corps League At-Large member Auxiliary (Florida), Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary, Order of the Eastern Star Chapter Formembey Member, Member Sugar Creek Township Fire Department, Sugar Creek Township Fire Department Auxiliary, Fountaintown Fire Department, Fountaintown Fire Department Auxiliary, Brooksville Weslyn Church, and Owner Grannies Calico Sampler (17 years) Ceramic Shop with a shop in Metamora (8 years).

She worked for Mayflower Transit Company, Trans Ambulance (private ambulance service), and then was a Co-Owner of Trans Ambulance.

She is survived by her sons, Jerry (Deb) Nulliner, Gary (Becky) Nulliner, Bruce (Debra) Nulliner, brother, David (Leigh) Jeffries, 11 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents listed above and her husband, David GeorgeNulliner in 2011.

Visitation will be 10:00 am until noon, Thursday, April 23, 2026, at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Hendryx New Palestine Chapel, 19 E. Main Street, New Palestine, IN 46163. Funeral service will follow at the funeral home at 12: 00 pm. with David Bourne officiating. Burial will follow at New Palestine Cemetery, New Palestine, Indiana.
