Loretta R. Pope January 1, 1936 - March 26, 2013 Loretta R. (Souder) Pope, 77 of Greenfield passed away Tuesday, March 26, 2013 at Hancock Regional Hospital. She was born in Greenfield, Indiana, January 1, 1936 to the late James E. and Helen "Pat" (Reece) Souder. She was a graduate of Maxwell High School and attended Indiana University. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. A former member of Tri Kappa and loved to play bridge. Loretta also loved her flower gardens and spent many hours manicuring them to perfection. Loretta is survived by her son; Bradley F. Pope of West Palm Beach, FL., daughter; Donna J. Pope of Greenfield and grandson; Skylar T. Edwards of Chicago, IL. She was preceded in death by her parents , sister Pattee L. Yater and former husband; Donald E. Pope. Services will be held at 12:00 P.M., Monday, April 1, 2013 at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel, 1780 West Main Street, Greenfield, Indiana 46140 with burial to follow at Park Cemetery, Greenfield. Friends may call Monday from 11:00 A.M. until the time of service at the funeral home.
