Louisa Belcher

Louisa Belcher, age 53, of Knightstown passed away, Monday, July 29, 2019 at her home. She was born August 9, 1965 in Orange County, California to Michael and Peggy (Ottinger) Wagoner. Louisa was a homemaker and enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles and her family. She is survived by her mother, listed above; sons, Chris (Misty) Wagoner, Matt Wagoner; siblings, Mike (Holly), Ernie and Randy Wagoner; and grandchildren, Autumn Lowe, Hanna Shoemake, Emily Perew, Aubry Wagoner, Blaze Rutherford and Colton Rutherford.
