Margaret Ruth Pfaffman Rehwinkel Behrmann

Margaret Ruth Pfaffman Rehwinkel Behrmann 95 years, a resident of Greenfield passed away at her home Saturday September 26, 2015. She was born December 21, 1919 in Kendallville, Ind. to the late Walter C & Wilhelmina (Misselhorn) Pfaffman. In 1944, she was married to William Rehwinkel who died during the Battle of the Bulge in 1945. She then moved to Indianapolis and worked as a bookkeeper for Lutheran Child Welfare. In 1948, she married John V. Behrmann of Greenfield who survives. To this union four children survive, son, John (Carrie) Behrmann of Indianapolis, daughters, Susan (Ronald) Deal of Avon, Marilee (John) Klosterman of Guilford, Cherryl Sparks of Rochelle, Ill., 12 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at Faith Lutheran Church, Greenfield with visitation 1 hour prior to service at the church. Burial will follow at Park Cemetery Greenfield.
