Marjorie "Marge" Lung, age 90, of Greenfield, passed away on September 2, 2019 at Brandywine Golden Living surrounded by her loving family. She was born on October 24, 1928, in Garrett, In, to the late Kenneth & Jennie (Kemry) Strock.
Marge graduated from Garrett High School. She married the love of her life, Wesley B. Lung, on August 16, 1948. Marge was a devoted member of Faith Lutheran Church. Marge, in her younger years, worked at the local movie theater and later Chub Creek Bait Co. where she hand painted fishing lures. She loved quilting with her friends from church, crocheting, reading, fishing & gardening. She was a dedicated mother and wife and chose to be a stay at home mom to raise her children. Later in life she became a laundress for Regency Place for over 13 years.
Left to cherish Marges memory are her children; Karen Tolliver, Debbie (Charlie) Ragan and Patti (Jeff) Corlew; 7 Grandchildren and 5 Great-grandchildren
Marge is preceeded in death by her parents listed above and her husband, Wesley; son-in-law, Jim Tolliver and brothers, Keith & Dale Strock
Visitation for Marge will be from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm on Friday September 6, 2019 at Faith Lutheran Church. A Funeral Service will be at 12:00 pm on Friday September 6, 2019 at the church with Pastor William OConnor officiating. Burial will immediately follow the Funeral Service at Park Cemetery in Greenfield.
