Martha Jane Richwine

Martha Jane Richwine, age 98, of Fishers, IN, passed away on Sunday, December 17, 2017 at The Hearth at Windermere in Fishers. She was born on October 28, 1919 in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Lyle and Ruby (Scott) Cook. Martha was a graduate of New Palestine High School and a member of Faith United Methodist Church in Greenfield. She married the love of her life Richard Richwine on February 27, 1943. She worked for the Naval Avionics Center as an Administrative Assistant until retiring. Martha loved Art. She was a self-taught artist with some of her work being displayed at the Grennfield Banking Company & Brown County Art Museum. She enjoyed going on cruises, traveling, reading, dancing and boating on Geist Reservoir. Martha is survived by her two sons; Dick (Caryl) Richwine and Fred (Sarah) Richwine all of Fishers; daughter Phyllis (Scott) Darche of Atlanta, Georgia; 6 grandchildren; Michelle, Scott, Whitney, Todd, Nichole, and Meghan; 6 great grandchildren and 3 great-great- grandchildren Visitation for Martha will be held from 11:00am to 1:00pm on Friday, December 22, 2017 at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel of Greenfield, 1780 W. Main St, Greenfield, IN 46140. A funeral service will be held at 1:00pm immediately following visitation with Rev. Brent Smith officiating. Burial will follow the service at Philadelphia Church Cemetery in Philadelphia. Memorial contributions in Marthas memory can be made to Faith United Methodist Church 328 N.
