Mary Eleanor Bash July 10, 1917 - May 23, 2009 Mary Eleanor Bash, 91, a resident of McCordsville, formerly of Carthage, passed away Saturday, May 23, 2009 at her residence. She was born July 10, 1917 in Hancock County, Indiana to the late Thomas and Blonda (Wicker) Cox. Mary was the secretary for United Screw Products, was a member of the East Street Christian Church in Carthage, Kappa Kappa Sigma Sorority, 50 Plus Club and the Home Economics Club. She is survived by daughter, Sally L. Presser of McCordsville; son, Larry N. (Sharron) Bash of New Castle; 7 grandchildren; 17great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; sister, Louise Shelten of Carmel. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth D. Bash in 1993 and brother, Lowell Cox. Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, May 28, 2009 at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel, Greenfield with Pastor David Bonne officiating. Burial will follow at Park Cemetery, Greenfield.
