Mary Alice Grinstead February 18, 1921 - May 14, 2009 Mary Alice Grinstead, 88, a lifelong resident of Greenfield passed away, Thursday, May 14, 2009. She was born February 18, 1921 in Hancock County, Indiana to the late Elmer and Pearl (Hutchinson) Wallace. Mary Alice married Glenn Grinstead on October 30, 1937. Mary Alice was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother and dedicated her life to her family. She is survived by sons; Glendon (Pat) Grinstead of Greenfield and Jace (Patty) Grinstead of Greenfield, daughters; Connie (Berry) Wadley of Greenfield, Darlene (Moe) Miller of Indianapolis and Jo Ellen (Kim) Ward of Greenfield, sister; Waneta Davis of Shelbyville, 9 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren. Mary Alice is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Glenn in April 2007, 6 brothers, 3 sisters, 1 grandson, and 1 great grandson. Services for Mary Alice will be held 1:30 Monday, May 18, 2009 at Stillinger Family Funeral Home ~ Pasco Chapel with Pastor Mike Manning officiating. Burial will follow at Park Cemetery, Greenfield.
