Mary J. Roach August 26, 1945 - October 17, 2009 Mary J. Roach, 64, of Greenfield, went home to be with our Lord on Saturday, October 17, 2009. She was in her home surrounded by her loving family at the time of her death. She was born August 26, 1945 in Portsmouth, Ohio, the daughter of Kendall and Evie (LeMaster) Whitt. She graduated from Portsmouth Business College and later attended Olivet Nazarene College. After many years of service she retired from American Health Network and previously owned family business Northgate Beauty Salon. She was an active member of Stringtown Nazarene Church. She was a loving wife, mother, grandma, sister and Aunt who deeply enjoyed spending time with family, friends, and precious moments; though short, with her new grandbabies. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. She is survived by adoring husband Lloyd Roach of Greenfield; son, David (Angie) Bettcher of Indianapolis; daughter Loyrie (Dean) Clift of Greenfield; stepdaughters Rhonda Fada of Greenfield and Robin Roach of Houston, TX; grandchildren, Stephanie Stansifer, Mackenzie Holden, Drew and Chloe Clift, Ava Bettcher, Riley Hilder, Alex, Gabe and Delaney Fada, Jacob and Josiah Smith; great-grandson, Dylan Smith; sisters, Ruth Thomas of Wheelersburg, OH; Sue (Don) Collins of Stout, OH; Kay (Charles) Martin of Huntington, WV; brother, Seth D. Whitt of Sciotoville, OH; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, devoted husband of thirty-three years Lloyd Bettcher; brother, Clell Whitt; and stepson Brad Roach. A Celebration of Life Ceremony will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, October 22, 2009 at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel with Pastor William Bean officiating.
