Mary Jane Sinn

Mary Jane Sinn, age 101, passed away Saturday, January 11, 2020 surrounded by her family at Greenfield Healthcare. Mary was born December 17, 1918 in Indianapolis to the late Everett and Sarah (Thompson) Wainscott. Mary Jane loved life and enjoyed many things including; tap dancing, singing, cooking and sewing. She volunteered for everything including caring for babies born addicted to drugs, making pillows for heart patients and teaching aerobics at the senior center. She is survived by her children, Nancy Roberts, Mary Francis Rowen, Richard Roberts, Karen (Orville) Frakes, Fred Sinn and Susan (David) Vermilyca; and several grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, mentioned above; husbands, Burnell O. Roberts and Max E. Sinn; and stepson Max E. Sinn Jr. Calling 11am-1pm, Friday, January 17, 2020 at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, 1780 West Main Street, Greenfield, Indiana 46140. Funeral service at 1 pm at the funeral home with burial immediately following at Park Cemetery.
