Michael E Vanduyn

Michael E Vanduyn, age 55, of Greenfield, passed away on February 14, 2020 at IU Methodist Hospital surrounded by his loving family. He was born on August 10, 1964, in Greenfield, Indiana to Donna (Gibbs) VanDuyn& the late George E. VanDuyn. Michael was a member of Moscow Christian Church. He spent his career as a general contractor. Michael enjoyed going on long drives and eating. Michael loved to work. It was said that if anything needed fixed, Michael could do it. He was a comical man and got great pleasure out of making others smile and laugh. His grandchildren meant everything to him and loved every moment he was able to be with them. Family was the center of Michael's world. Michael loved his entire family dearly, and treasured every moment spent with them. Left to cherish Michael's memory are his mother, Donna; his children, LaTosha, Erica & Justin Van Duyn; siblings, Cindy Roberts, Teresa Endersbe, Debbie (Vernon) Holzhausen-Turner, Bobby VanDuyn, Randy (Angie) VanDuyn & Linda (Don) Turner; 4 grandchildren, Nevaeh, Xavier, Ryan & Kayson; also, several nieces, nephews and cousins Michael is proceeded in death by his father George; brother George "JR" VanDuyn II & 2 brothers-in-law, Paul Roberts & Dwight Endersbe. Visitation for Michael will be from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Wednesday, February 19, 2020 at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, 1780 W. Main St, Greenfield, IN 46140. A Funeral Service will be at 11:00 AM on Thursday February 20, 2020 at the funeral home with Rev. Bruce Pierce officiating.
