Nellie Louise (Vest) Mcfall

Nellie Louise McFall, 82, Greenfield passed away August 3, 2023, at Hancock Health, Greenfield. She was born December 23, 1940, in Greenfield, to the late Joseph Issom and Ruby Wannetta (Harrison) Vest. Nellie was a graduate of Hancock Central High School and enjoyed a 20-year tenure as a cashier at Greenfield Walmart, often working register #19. Nellie was a devoted mother and grandmother and enjoyed time spent with family and friends. She enjoyed visiting the ocean.

She is survived by her children Denise Snodgrass, Michael (Sandy) Snodgrass, and Richard (Heather) McFall; grandchildren: Brittany (Jason) Hall, Dustin Snodgrass, Krista (Aaron) Palmer, Zach (Kendra) McFall, Shelby (Jaqueline) Miller, Alyssa McFall, Caden McFall, and Shaun McFall; 7 great grandchildren, and sisters; Arlynda (Steven) King, Patricia Yeager, and Carolyn.

Nellie is preceded in death by her father, Joseph Vest; mother, Ruby Yeager; and siblings: Jackie Gail Vest, Joseph Allen Vest, William Leroy Vest, Robert Dale Vest, Dallas Lee Vest, and Darryl Lyn Vest.

Visitation will be 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm, Wednesday, August 9, 2023, at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel, 1780 West Main Street, Greenfield, Indiana 46140.
