Nellie Pearl Wadley February 16, 1922 - September 29, 2007 Nellie Pearl Wadley, 85, of Greenfield, passed away Saturday, September 29, 2007 at Hancock Regional Hospital. She was born February 16, 1922 in Delmar, Alabama to the late William and Abbie (Doyle) Kirkwood. She retired from Western Electric in 1984 after 30 years of service. Ms. Wadley is survived by son, Jerry (Karen) J. Wadley, Sr. of Greenfield; sister, Emma Lorene Neeley of Indianapolis; grandson, Jerry (Michele) Wadley, Jr.; great- granddaughters, Ashley (Zach) Allen and Jennifer Wadley; great-great-granddaughter, Breanna Allen; step-grandchildren, Chuck and Christie Prather; step-great-grandsons, Jason Caudill and Chad Prather; special family friends, Willy and Jerry Bundy; loving and caring niece, Belinda Evans, as well as several other nieces, nephews and cousins. She is also preceded in death by her daughter-in-law, Phyllis Wadley; granddaughter, Stacy Ann Wadley; sisters, Beulah Pratt and Evelyn Moyer; brothers, Millard Kirkwood, William Jack Kirkwood and John Kirkwood. Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Thursday, October 4, 2007 at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel, Greenfield. Burial will follow at Park Cemetery.
