Nikki M. Hicks

Nicole M. Hicks, age 41, of Greenfield passed away February 27, 2023 in Indianapolis. She was born February 3, 1982 in Winfield, Illinois to Debra Caudill and Paul Mech. She was married to Anthony Hicks in 2008, and he survives.

Nicole was a wonderful, loving Mom to her children and is remembered for her great sense of humor. She was always quick with a witty comeback. She was a great coffee lover and an avid Starbucks cup collector. She was a loving soul who adored her family in addition to being a loving and loyal friend. Nicole loved all things Halloween and never met a pumpkin she didn't love! Her favorite season was Fall, and she loved all the colors the earth would display. Nikki loved decorating for every holiday and even had a Halloween tree. She left this life too soon and will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

In addition to her husband and parents, listed above, Nicole is survived by her two children, Cheyenne and Michael Hicks; sister, Lisa Mech; nieces, Cassity Mech and Brooklynn Mech-Walters; and an extended, loving family. She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Marvin Mech, Jean Masters, and Ralph and Phyllis Milligan.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, May 20, 2023 at 12:30 p.m. at the Riley Park Pavilion, Greenfield, Indiana.
