Olive James Young

Olive James Young December 21, 1930 - September 17, 2012 Olive James "Jim" Young age 81, passed away Monday September 17, 2012 at Union Hospital Clinton Indiana. He was born on December 21, 1930 in Hazard, Kentucky to the late William and Ethel (McKee) Young. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He retired in 1992 from Amtrak as a manager/ supervisor after forty three years of service. He was member of the F & AM, Eden # 477 Jim is survived by his wife Frances J. (Ebert) Young and two sons, Michael J. (Lee Anne) Of Beech Grove IN and David L. Young of Greenfield IN, sister, Linda (Richard) Bravard of Greenfield IN, sister-in-law Claudette Young of New Palestine, IN and five grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother, Wallace Young and a sister, Geraldine McCorkle. Visitation will be held Friday September 21, 2012 from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel of Greenfield IN with a Masonic service to follow at 8:00 pm. A private graveside will be held at Park Cemetery at a later date.
