Patricia Lynn Dora June 25, 1943 - July 21, 2008 Patricia Lynn Dora, 65, a resident of Greenfield, passed away Monday, July 21, 2008 at St. Vincent Hospital. She was born June 25, 1943 in New Castle, Indiana to the late Walter and Helen (Barnett) Kennedy. She was a nurses aid, an involved member of the First Baptist Church, Greenfield and an avid Bingo player. She is survived by her son, Jesse (Sheryl) Dora of Indianapolis; daughter, Deidre Dora of Greenfield; brother, Larry (Helen) Kennedy of Greenfield; two grandchildren, Travis Dora of Ft. Wayne and Christopher Dora of Indianapolis. She was preceded in death by son, Phillip Dora; sister, Shirley Sleeth and brother, Ronald Kennedy. Graveside service will be 1:00 p.m. Thursday, July 24, 2008 at Arlington Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 11:00 am until the time of service. We knew Pat from church at First Baptist before we moved to Ky.. We have no doubt as to where she is now...resting " in the arms of her Lord and Saviour. I know words cannot take away the hurt you feel right now...but please remember this..Pat believed in and loved the Lord and thru that belief and love, she was Saved and has gone home to be with her Saviour.
