Patricia A. Hawkins June 8, 1929 - April 4, 2010
Patricia A. Hawkins, 80 years, a resident of Greenfield and former resident of Irvington passed away Sunday, April 4, 2010 at Hancock Regional Hospital.
She was born June 8, 1929 in Indianapolis to the late Oliver E. and Genevieve (Manion) Jackson.
She was a member of St. Michaels Catholic Church, Greenfield, Irvington Union of Clubs, Irvington Community Council, Marion County Childrens Home Guild, New Palestine Home Economics Club, Irvington Benton House Association, Hancock Regional Hospital Guild, HRH Board and served as a Volunteer for many years. She was also an avid quilt maker.
Survivors include a son, Charles "Bill" Hawkins of Sebring, FL and daughter, Cathleen Hawkins of CA.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles W. Hawkins in 1993.
Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, April 9, 2010 at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel of Greenfield. Burial will follow at Asbury Cemetery in Morristown. Friends may call Thursday April, 8 from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Comments I am glad that I had the pleasure of knowing Patty. I worked with her often on the information desk at Hancock Regional Hospital and enjoyed working " with her very much. She will be greatly missed.

I know Patty loved to read, because she was in all the time to pick up her holds and she was always so sweet. My prayers and thoughts are with her family and Patty will " be missed.
