Paul Carr

Paul Carr, age 58, of Greenfield, passed away December 27, 2020 at his home. He was born October 19, 1962 in Indianapolis to the late John P. Carr, Jr. and Alicia "Mitzi" (Weidekamp) Carr. Paul married the love of his life, Jill Peloso-Carr on February 7, 2001 and together they made their home and raised their family in Greenfield. Paul never met a stranger and was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone whether he knew them or not. He enjoyed many things including traveling, classic car shows, western movies, music, and Colts football. Above all else, he loved spending time with family and friends. Prior to his retirement, Paul was a Food Service Supervisor for Community Hospital East. In his retirement he enjoyed refurbishing homes and home improvement projects. Paul is survived by his children, Paige Peloso (Cody Adams), Dominic Peloso (Samantha Scheiter); siblings, Karen Gorman (Brian Swatty), Kevin (Nancy) Carr, David Carr, Dennis (Renee Harness) Carr, Rita (Michael) Holden, Matthew (Kimberley) Carr, J. Patrick Carr, III, Tony (Shannon) Carr; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Darrel and Joyce Billings; sister-in-law, Tracy (Robert) Clark; and several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and great nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, mentioned above, his wife Jill in 2016, and his beloved dog Roxie. Visitation will be held 11:00 am – 1:00 pm, Monday, January 4, 2021 at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, 1780 West Main Street, Greenfield, Indiana 46140. In keeping with state and local mandates, masks and social distancing are required. Funeral service will be private and for immediate family only.
