Paul C. Crank

Paul C. Crank, age 78, of Greenfield passed away Sunday, August 30, 2020 at St. Vincent's Hospital, Indianapolis. He was born November 28, 1941 in Indianapolis to the late David and Elsie (Myrick) Crank. Paul was a graduate of New Palestine High School and served in the U.S. Army. He married Mary (Loyal) on December 22, 1978. Paul was a job setter and machinist for General Motors prior to his retirement in 2001. He loved his BMW motorcycles and was an avid rider. He was proud of his Chevy diesel dually trucks and kept them immaculate. In his spare time, he enjoyed wooden ships, reading and history. He is survived by his wife Mary; children, Donald (Christine) Wright III, Anita (Robert) Lewis, Larry (Angela Hatcher) Wright, Patty (Bill) Cavanaugh, and Lisa (Cosimo) Rulli; brother, David (Jeannie) Crank; 15 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, mentioned above. There will be a Celebration of Life 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm, Tuesday, September 8, 2020 at Lizbeth Ann's Kitchen (located behind the James Whitcomb Riley Museum) 250 West Main St., Greenfield, Indiana 46140. Masks will be required.
