Pauline Mcdaniel

Pauline E. McDaniel, age 83, of Greenfield, passed away Friday, May 3, 2019 at her home. She was born September 22, 1935 in Greenfield to the late Carl and Mildred (Flatter) Best. Pauline married John McDaniel on October 22, 1955 and together they made their home and raised their family. Pauline loved reading, jigsaw puzzles, blue grass music and FLOWERS! She was a member of the F.O.P #140, American Legion Auxiliary and the Blue Grass Club. She is survived by her husband, John McDaniel; children, Belinda Scalf, John L. (Gloria) McDaniel, Rosanna (Kevin) Kreider, Becky McDaniel, Rhonda McDaniel; sister, Linda Shortridge; 5 grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Pauline is preceded in death by her parents; and brothers, Francis "Bud" Best and Donald Best. Friends may call 4-7 pm, Monday, May 6, 2019 at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, 1780 West Main Street, Greenfield, Indiana 46140. Funeral service 10 am Tuesday at the funeral home with burial immediately following at Park Cemetery, Greenfield.
