Peggy I. Wieneke August 31, 1934 - July 25, 2007 Peggy I. Wieneke age 72 years, a resident of Clermont, Florida and former resident of Greenfield passed away at her residence Wednesday night July 25, 2007. She was born August 31, 1934 in Greenfield and is the daughter of Robert and Cordelia (Caldwell) Droeger. She was a 1952 graduate of Greenfield High School and retired after 17 years of employment with Greenfield Daily Reporter having worked in the circulation department. She was a member of the Hancock County F.O.P. # 140 and the American Legion Post 119 Ladies Auxiliary. She is survived by 3 sons, Bobby (Beverly) Wieneke of Clermont, FL, Deryl (Kathi) Wieneke of Cabot, AK, Kent (Julie) Wieneke of Hamilton, OH, 2 daughters, Kathy (Michael) Brooks of Knightstown, Stephanie (Barrie) Norman of Clermont, FL, several grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and caregiver Brenda Hewitt of Clermont, FL. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband William Wieneke in 1980 and daughter Debbie Cain in 2003. Funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m. Monday at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Greenfield. Burial will follow at Park Cemetery, Greenfield. Friends may call Sunday from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice Foundation of Lake & Sumter County, 12300 Lane Park Road, Tavares, FL 32778.
