Peter V. Piazza

Peter V. Piazza, Jr. also know to his family as Papa Poopoo, 83 years, a resident of Greenfield, died Tuesday, February 23, 2016 in Greenfield, Indiana. He was born January 8, 1933 in San Francisco, Calif. to the late Peter V. Piazza, Sr. and Virginia (Anselmi) Canham. He served in the US Navy and was a retired agent from Prudential Insurance Company. He was an avid woodworker, enjoyed dancing and camping. In past years he enjoyed flying his Cessna 150, was a member of the Moose Lodge of Greenfield and enjoyed spending time at the Senior Center playing pool. He is survived by his daughters Linda Evans of Greenfield, Debra Brown of Manteca, Calif., sister, Diane Rose of Manteca, Calif., brother, Bob Piazza, grandchildren, David Nowell, Jason Nowell, Jenna Plunkett, Dylan Brown, Rosalie Brooks, Nicole Afrouznia, great-grandchildren, Emma Nowell, Shelby Nowell, Delanie Nowell, Walker Nowell, Carley Nowell, Grayson Plunkett, Jacob Brooks, Angelo Brooks, Vinny Brooks, Niko Brooks, Kianna Afrouznia and Alijah Afrouznia. He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara (Bell) Piazza, 1st Wife, Josephine Mecham, great-grandchildren, Lillian Plunkett and Antonio Brown. Private family services including military rites have been entrusted to Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel of Greenfield.
