Phyllis Ann Blackburn

Phyllis Ann Blackburn December 14, 1926 - October 19, 2009 Phyllis Ann Blackburn, 82, a former resident of Greenfield, passed away Monday, October 19, 2009 at Westminster Village, Indianapolis. She was born December 14, 1926 in Muncie, Indiana and was the daughter of the late Nelson M. and Eva Jane (Knapp) Blackburn. She was a member of Bradley United Methodist Church. She is survived by a sister, Lucy (Max) Worland of Pendleton; two nephews, Max Worland Jr. of Richmond, IN, Gregory Worland of Pendleton, and several cousins. Family graveside services were held Wednesday, October 21, 2009 at Park Cemetery. Arrangements were entrusted to Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel.
