Raymond P. Brizendine

Raymond P. Brizendine, age 88 of Bedford, Indiana formally of Greenfield, Indiana passed away on October 17, 2015 at Stonebridge Health Campus in Bedford. He was born on April 7, 1927 in Fortville, Indiana to the late Chester A. and Eba (Stohler) Brizendine. Raymond was enlisted in the U.S. Army during WWII and married his loving wife Jane on July 4, 1957. He then later enjoyed a career at General Motors for 25 years. Raymond attended Trinity Park United Methodist Church. Raymond is survived by his son; Mark A. (Vanessa) Brizendine of Greenfield, IN, daughter; Marcie L. (Rick) Davis of Bedford, IN, sister; Glendora Beyers of Greenfield, IN, 6 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, wife; Jane Brizendine, son; Steven R. Brizendine, 2 brothers and 3 sisters. Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. on Friday, October 23, 2015 at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel, 1780 W Main St. Greenfield, IN 46140. Services will be on Saturday at 10 a.m. at the funeral home with Reverend Mike Manning officiating. Burial with military rites provided by the Greenfield Veterens Honor Guard will follow the service at Park Cemetery, Greenfield.
